I started working out (again) today. I stopped because I was getting migraines a lot and working out seemed trigger them. I'm not going to lie I do have a headache tonight but I think it was worth it. I attend a workout class at my job because it is free and during lunch break. and oh geez, my legs are feeling those deadlifts and squats!
