Fitness Competition

I'm so excited and nervous to share this. While I know my blog doesn't have too many readers (especially since I rarely post or update the site), I figure this is a great platform to announce that Kyle and I will be competing in the Ultimate Fitness Event's 90 Day Challenge this year!

This is the heaviest I've ever weighed and I can feel it in my daily life, on my ankles, knees, my motivation levels are way down, I'm tired all the time, and it has been harder to overcome depression. I joined a gym back in September but fought struggled to find a balance between fitness, school, grief, and work. I did notice that days that I did work out my overall mood was positive throughout the day, and I was able to accomplish more, and not feel as tired.

I am a competitive person, so I am hoping that the 90 day challenge will be a way for me to motivate myself daily in watching what I eat, and making sure I make it to the gym. I will also have the help of biweekly personal training sessions, weekly meal plans that are targeted to my needs, along with a specific exercise plan and two amazing coaches!
