Dad & His Surgeon Dr. Reuben

April 4th:

Four weeks today since Ernie's heart attack.

The picture is Dr. Reuben the Surgeon from Ottawa Heart Institute, he did the Bilateral Coronary Artery Bypass Graft.

Dr. Reuben's visit today was to say that everything looks good. (liver enzymes are down to 400, sugar is between 12-15, hemoglobin is low, still has chronic headaches). Everything looks good... he was going to send Ernie back to Sudbury but Ernie told him Parry Sound was closer.

Patient Transportation is transporting him to Parry Sound at 6am tomorrow. Good to be closer to home. Wow 4 weeks of hospitals.. Parry Sound, Sudbury, Ottawa & back to Parry Sound!

Emotions were running high tonight... I found sang this song to him... "Just call on JESUS name; talk to the Man, with the answers, my friend. He knows about your struggles before they begin. He hath moved greater mountains and they won't stand in your way ..Talk to the Man with the answers today."
