Breathing Tube is Out

Hello family and friends,

We just heard from the nurse. He is doing very well, thank you Jesus! The breathing tube has been out for 6 hours now. He has had no bleeding in his tubes from his chest, and they had him sitting up this evening and will do that again later tonight. He was mentioning some pain earlier this evening but his pain medication cleared that up.

The doctor said he is still very frail, so he anticipates a long road to recovery ahead, please continue to pray for my dad and blow the socks off the doctors!

We just want to say thank you very much for all your prayers, support and encouragement over the past two weeks. We definitely felt God's peace, protection and love going into today's surgery.
